Welcome to Shawarma Shack in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma! With 35 years of restaurant experience, we are bringing a taste of Lebanon to the Tulsa/BA area! Owner and founder, Houssam Elsoueissi, grew up in Beirut, Lebanon making him an expert in Lebanese spices and signature meals like shawarma. Living in Tulsa for 20+ years, we came to the realization that we didn’t have an authentic Lebanese restaurant. 

After years of trying different recipes, we have perfected the shawarma sandwich and are so excited to introduce it to Tulsa/Broken Arrow!

Prepared with utmost care and expertise, our shawarma is made from tender cuts of marinated chicken and beef, slow-roasted on a Vertical Rotisserie Oven Grill until perfectly succulent and infused with flavors.

Conveniently located off the Broken Arrow Expressway near the Lynn Lane/9th Street exit for easy access from Tulsa and the surrounding region.
